I am a founder-operator. I have been selling since I was 12. First it was paintings, now it's ideas. I spent four years on the founding team of , where I handled go-to-market and onboarded major partners. I spent four years running a venture consultancy practice alongside and after it, where I helped portfolio companies raise funding and pivot strategies to become profitable. My current obsession is deploying AI agents with the best model for each job, from Claude to GPT-5.5, to automate and scale real businesses such as Pawlymarket and Slashwork. Native English, fluent Russian, fluent Spanish; right to work in the UK, US, and EUUK indefinite leave to remain status holder + US/EU dual national..

Portico Ventures · Managing Partner

Portico VenturesManaging Partner, 2021 – 2026

Portico Ventures was a boutique fund built around accelerator and consultancy work for DeFi and fintech companies.

The partnership had seven managing partners from different backgrounds, with specialisations across engineering, finance, marketing, and distribution. I usually worked with consumer-facing products where distribution and product-market fit mattered most.

My strongest contributions were around diagnosing demand, closing distribution deals, sharpening founder narratives, and helping technical products reach clearer buyers. Across the portfolio, Portico backed 20 companies, recorded six exits, and reached eight-figure peak AUM.

GMX · Founding Team · Growth & Partnerships

GMXFounding Team · Growth & Partnerships, 2020 – 2023

Working on GMX was a labour of love in a ruthless, high-pressure environment where execution failures or exploits could permanently damage your reputation.

As a decentralised perps exchange, we were not just pioneers. We were operating in regulatory uncertainty, launching in the first year of a new US presidency during intense scrutiny for DeFi.

The work matched my skill set and interests more than anything I had done before. I built lifelong relationships there, and the biggest personal lesson was how rewarding I find the front line of a technological space: users asking hard questions, partners needing conviction, liquidity providers weighing risk, and a product whose credibility had to be earned in public.

Pawlymarket · Prediction-Market Analytics

Pawlymarketdecentralised quantitative-analysis community for Polymarket

A members' room built over Polymarket. The engine runs statistical regression on the full live order book, AI curates the survivors, and members assemble hedges against the curated pairs to extract yield from mispriced beta. Closer to a small quant desk than another arbitrage bot.

Pawlymarket explorer showing curated market pairs, correlation scores, and chart controls

Every five minutes, the analyzer refreshes Polymarket and ranks viable pairs by correlation, beta, cointegration, half-life, and volume. Rules, AI categorization, and a written macro thesis narrow that universe to roughly 250 live pairs, grouped as dead-market, theta, negative-beta, partial-beta, or drift signals. The edge is spread reconvergence, not directional betting.

The product ships signals through Telegram, web alerts, and an Explorer with charts, outcome models, saved pairs, member-submitted pair discussions, and wallet tracking for top Polymarket accounts on Polygon CTF.

Built end-to-end on Claude Code and Codex CLI. Haiku, Sonnet, Opus, and GPT-5.5 each run the part of the workflow where they are strongest. Wallet-connect auth, USDC/USDT on Polygon, no KYC. pawlymarket.com

Vinted → Depop · Reselling Agent

Vinted-to-Depop reselling agentautonomous fashion arbitrage

End-to-end autonomous fashion-arbitrage agent operating across Vinted and Depop. It manages inventory, makes purchases, pushes listings, and sends final shipment review to the end user via Telegram.

Glitter Vinted intelligence platform terminal interface

The agent is driven by a multipass Haiku, Opus, and GPT-5.5 flow running through a terminal interface. Seeded with $10K, it generated $25K in six months, averaging close to 100% returns per item with a sub-10% loss rate.
